HCMC Here I Come

Well i have gotten my approval for my 2 weeks leave, am now planing to go back to HCMC just after X'mas. So now counting the days to that moment.... This time i will make a point to take more photo and also with all the family members there.

At Last My Wife Is Back From HCMC

Well after 2 months, my wife is back at home now but things back in HCMC still not finish and would still need to wait for reply. What ever it is, my wife is back, that is the most important thing to me.

Then there is the news that one of my boy, Teo. Is not well with some sickness that my wife unable to tell me what it is but only by the name in Vietnamese in which i also don't know. I hope Teo can recover soon, will check with Teo's mum or dad later on his condition. About 2 more month i will make my trip of the year again to HCMC and will be able to see the 2 boys, maybe i will bring Justin along but need to see what is the arrangement.

Another country...another price...

Went thru a list of photos that i took when i was back in HCMC, here is one that shows the price of drinks that we paid there compare to the price we pay in Singapore, for information SGD $1 is about Vietnam Dong 10,500.00, so VND3,000.00 is just about SGD $0.30 for a bottle of Coke. The food in Vietnam are great and cheap.

My In Laws

This is a picture of my father in law and also mother in law, in the centre is my pretty wife, seeing all the food now make me wanting to go back to HCMC as soon as possible. I miss the family there and not to forget that there are 2 boys back in HCMC been waiting for me to come back as i have promise to them to get each person 1 MP4 player. Well....Teo and Chum...i will get you the MP4 and you need to get me Bun Me and also Ice Cafe, OK!

Had A Dream

Yesterday night had a dream that my wife is back in Singapore, then this morning woke up found that i am sleeping in an empty bed, inside feel very sad and empty. This is because my wife have been away back to HCMC for the past 1 month. Now all i can do every day is just to look at her photo and inside misses her very much.

Just Recovered

Wah! yesterday evening really feel so bad, the whole body like want to shut down. After work reached home, quickly had my dinner, shower and really die straight when i reach my bed. Knock off from 8.00pm till this morning 6.00am. Now feeling much better.

Later made an appointment with my buddy Jay to meet up after work, soon this Friday he will start his job with IBM. I wish him all the best as he has been long waiting to come back to SG, by the way he just return from down under, been there for last 3 years on short contract jobs.

My Wife

Well, just got a call from my wife, there will be a delay on her trip back from HCMC (Ho Chi Minh City), it has been more than 1 month that she is back there, really miss her very much. You can say without her here life feel so empty and aimless. Everyday wake up so meaningless and full of emptyness.

First blog entry

I am not sure why i want to start this but it seems everyone is into this these days.
All i want to is to try to get the community of Vietnamese to be able to have a point of contact. All these is because my wife is a Vietnamese. In Singapore we can find a place where other national will sort of have a point of gathering, like Thais in Goldern Miles, Indian in the well known Serangoon, Pino in Lucky Plaza....and so on....

But where is this cluster of Vietnamese gathers.
